Story: While babysitting a boy and his baby brother, Casey Belden has a nightmare that involves a strange dog and an evil baby, and she tells her best friend, Romi, over the phone. Casey is harassed by this boy, and when he goes to the ophthalmologist, he asks if he has a twin brother or sister. She asks her father and finds out that his mother lost a son who died in the womb. Casey suspects that he is harassed by his brother's feelings. She found a letter addressed to a woman called Sodhi Kozma and a strange picture of her mother at home. She accompanied Roman to visit Sodhi, a retirement home who had been left out of her experiences during the Holocaust. But Sodhi tells Casey that she had never met her mother and later calls Casey to tell her that she is in great danger.
