Movie Plot: Sentenced to fifteen months for a criminal offense committed ten years ago, Piper Chapman takes Larry Larry to his new home: a prison sentence. His mentor, Sam Haley, sympathizes with him and tries to present his suggestions carefully to avoid it. She enjoys the racial dynamics of prison life and learns many basics. Sadly, she displeases Lal, a powerful native of the prison room, who serves Pir Pir with a bloody tampon and later goes hungry. Piper is again disappointed to find that her ex-boyfriend Alex Voss (who hired her to take the drug money) is in the same prison.
